Scout the permits first.
Every building permit filed in your metro, filtered to your trade and delivered to your inbox every morning. The job starts at the permit desk — be there first.
Now covering Wilson NC, Wilmington / New Hanover and Brunswick County.
How it works
No portal to log into. No dashboard to check. The email is the product.
-
1
We scout every county source
Adapters pull every new permit from each county's public records system — plan reviews, trade permits, sign permits, the lot.
-
2
We filter to your trade
Each permit is classified — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, concrete, more — and matched to the trades you care about.
-
3
You get the morning digest
A clean, scannable list of new permits in your metro: address, scope, value, permit number. Call the lead that morning.
Metros & update cadence
We only promise the cadence we can actually keep. When a county source slows down, we say so.
- Wilmington / New Hanover, NC Daily-ish
- Brunswick County, NC 3× weekly batches
- Wilson, NC Daily digest
